For the purposes of this policy, Jurisync LLP is the data fiduciary in respect of information you submit through this website, and the empanelled professional handling your matter processes that information on the instructions recorded in your engagement.

2. Information we collect

• Contact details you submit in enquiry, callback and consultation forms — name, email address, phone number, city and the service you are interested in.
• Engagement information needed to deliver a service — KYC documents, PAN, Aadhaar, incorporation documents, financial statements, GST and income-tax credentials where you authorise their use, and correspondence with authorities.
• Transaction records such as invoices raised, payments received and refunds processed.
• Technical information collected automatically — IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages visited — used to keep the site secure and to measure performance.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry, share a quotation and schedule a consultation.
• To deliver the service you have engaged us for, including filings with the MCA, GST, Income Tax, Trade Marks Registry and other authorities.
• To route your matter to the appropriate qualified professional and to keep you updated on its status.
