Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation before work begins

If you cancel an engagement before any document has been drafted, any government form filed or any digital signature procured, the professional fee is refunded in full after deducting payment-gateway charges actually incurred.

2. Cancellation after work begins

Once work has started, refunds are prorated against the stage reached. For example, in a company incorporation, amounts attributable to DSC issuance, name reservation and drafting already completed are retained, and the balance is refunded.

3. What is never refundable

• Government fees, stamp duty, filing fees and challans already paid to any authority.
• Digital Signature Certificate charges, once the DSC has been issued in a signatory's name.
• Third-party charges such as certification-body audit fees or notary and courier costs.
• Fees for services already delivered, such as a filed return, a drafted agreement or a filed reply.

4. Rejection or objection by an authority

A name rejection at the MCA, an examination report from the Trade Marks Registry, a departmental query under GST or a similar outcome is a normal part of the process and is not a service failure. We resubmit or reply once at no additional professional fee where the quotation says so; government fees for a resubmission are payable again at actuals.

5. Service failure by Jurisync

If a deadline is missed purely because of our delay — where you supplied every document and clarification on time — we refund the professional fee for that filing and bear the resulting late fee, up to the professional fee received for the engagement.

6. How to raise a refund request

• Email support@jurisync.online with your invoice number and the reason for the request.
• We acknowledge within two working days and share a stage-wise computation.
• Approved refunds are processed within seven to ten working days to the original payment method.

7. Chargebacks

Please raise a request with us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback filed during an active engagement may result in suspension of ongoing filings, which can itself cause statutory late fees.
