Terms of Service

1. Nature of services

Jurisync LLP is a technology-enabled business compliance and professional services platform connecting businesses with qualified professionals including Company Secretaries, Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants and Advocates wherever required. Jurisync LLP is not a law firm, does not practise law and does not offer legal representation before any court or tribunal.

Professional opinions, certifications and appearances are rendered by the independent qualified professional engaged for your matter, in their own professional capacity and subject to the rules of their regulating institute or bar council.

2. Scope of engagement

Each engagement is limited to the deliverables listed in the quotation or service page you accept. Work outside that list — additional forms, resubmissions caused by changed instructions, representation in proceedings, or services for additional entities — is quoted separately before it is taken up.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and legible documents and information.
• Respond to clarification requests promptly; statutory deadlines cannot be met without timely inputs.
• Ensure that documents you supply are genuine and that you are authorised to share them.
• Make government payments and professional fees when they fall due.

4. Fees, government charges and taxes

Professional fees quoted on this website are indicative and exclusive of government fees, stamp duty, certification-body charges and out-of-pocket expenses unless expressly stated. Government fees and stamp duty are statutory, vary by state and authorised capital, and are payable at actuals. Goods and Services Tax applies at the prevailing rate.

Work commences after fees are received. A fee is not a guarantee of approval by any authority.

5. Timelines

Timelines shown for each service are estimates based on normal processing at the relevant authority and assume complete documents on day one. Approval periods at the MCA, GST, Income Tax, Trade Marks Registry, municipal bodies and certification agencies are outside our control, and delays attributable to those authorities do not constitute a breach of these terms.

6. Confidentiality

Information you share is treated as confidential and is disclosed only to the professional handling your matter, to the authority where a filing requires it, or where disclosure is compelled by law. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Jurisync LLP for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the professional fees actually received for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business or goodwill, or for penalties arising from information that was incorrect or withheld by you.

8. Intellectual property

The content, templates, checklists and tools published on this website are owned by Jurisync LLP and are provided for your internal business use. They may not be resold, republished or distributed as a competing product without written permission.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an engagement where fees remain unpaid, where required documents are not provided, or where continuing would require us to act contrary to law or professional ethics. Fees for work already performed remain payable.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hisar, Haryana. The parties will attempt good-faith resolution through discussion before commencing proceedings.
