Board Resolution Drafting
Bank, statutory and commercial resolutions in correct form.
Overview
Banks, regulators and counterparties routinely ask for certified board resolutions — for opening an account, authorising a signatory, borrowing, appointing auditors, changing the registered office or approving related party transactions. Resolutions rejected for wrong form, missing quorum details or incorrect certification delay transactions by weeks. Jurisync drafts resolutions in the format the recipient expects, with matching minutes extracts.
