Patent Filing Assistance
Provisional and complete specification support with registered agents.
Overview
A patent grants a twenty-year monopoly over an invention that is novel, involves an inventive step and is capable of industrial application. Indian practice allows a provisional specification to lock in a priority date, followed by a complete specification within twelve months and a request for examination within forty-eight months. Jurisync coordinates with registered patent agents for prior-art search, drafting, filing and prosecution.

Frequently asked
Should I file provisional or complete?
A provisional specification secures an early priority date while the invention is still being refined; the complete specification follows within twelve months.
Is software patentable in India?
Computer programmes per se are excluded under Section 3(k), but inventions with a demonstrable technical effect can be pursued.
