EPF Registration & Compliance
Provident fund registration, UAN setup and monthly ECR filing.
Overview
Establishments employing twenty or more persons must register under the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, and contribute 12% of basic wages with a matching employer share.
