Producer Company Registration
Farmer producer organisations incorporated under Part XXI-A.
Overview
A Producer Company is incorporated by ten or more individual producers or two or more producer institutions under Part XXI-A of the Companies Act, 2013, to handle production, harvesting, procurement, pooling, marketing and export of members' primary produce. It combines the limited liability of a company with the mutual-benefit character of a cooperative and is the preferred vehicle for FPOs seeking NABARD or SFAC support. Jurisync handles DSCs, name approval, MoA/AoA drafting and SPICe+ incorporation.
