Trust Registration
Public charitable trust deed drafting and sub-registrar registration.
Overview
A public charitable trust is created by a trust deed executed between the settlor and trustees, registered with the local sub-registrar on stamp paper of the prescribed value. The deed defines the objects, trust property, trustee powers, succession and dissolution, and forms the basis for subsequent 12A and 80G approvals from the Income Tax Department. Jurisync drafts the deed, coordinates registration and prepares the entity for tax exemption applications.

Frequently asked
Trust, society or Section 8 company?
Trusts are simplest to run, societies suit membership-driven bodies, and Section 8 companies offer the strongest governance for institutional funding.

No. 80G and 12A are separate applications to the Income Tax Department after registration.
